The FIX is a service for 5th and 8th graders intended to bridge the gap and ease the transition from Children’s Ministries to Youth Ministries.
It is run like a youth service to help the students graders get used to a more mature service and build relationships with their peers and leaders.
It is also a practical opportunity for Junior High students to minister as leaders within a service since they don’t have as many opportunities as
High Schoolers to lead others. It is also an evangelistic opportunity for the 5th and 8th graders to invite their friends to a fun event once a month.
(Sunday Morning 8:15 a.m.)
Kids Café creates a compliment to Kid’s Church that supports the same topic through multi-sensory activity stations. It is intended to be a
fun, safe environment that encourages children to build positive relationships with their friends and leaders. Kids Café also fills the need for
another stand alone children’s ministry in Sunday’s 1st service. Though it compliments the Kid’s Church topic, it functions as an independent
worship service that allows children who only attend 1st service to have a meaningful spiritual experience. We have just begun to see some
growth in numbers as people are just finding out about this new ministry. But we are still only seeing about 20 kids each Sunday.
It begins with multi sensory free learning stations that the children can visit at their leisure. Each station teaches the day’s topic through a
different sense. 40 minutes into the service we close down the stations and come together for worship, large group teaching time, and altar
service. Then we dismiss the kids to have fun and build positive relationships in the game room, the snack bar, and the toy store.

Kids Church is a fast-paced, fun-filled, spiritual encounter for children K-6th grade. Here children encounter practical scriptural teaching
through a succession of object lessons, puppets, music, games, videos, drama, and illustrated stories. They experience a dynamic worship
service that leads them to deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
All kids also have an opportunity to make it personal when they break out into a life group of kids their own age. In life groups, kids are
personally mentored by the adults and P-12 leaders who help guide them into living what we teach. Kids Church is truly the main event your
kids don’t want to miss.
Wednesday night has also taken on a new look. The Blast! service is based on a multi-media presentation and team competition. Half of
the kids on Wednesday nights are from our bus ministry and are already showing great spiritual growth. The evening begins with games
and worship. Then The kids interact with the leader in charge through teachings, games, and activities from a video-based presentation.
Then the two teams in the room compete in a quiz competition based on what they learned that night. Then they are given an opportunity
for an altar response. This service is very fast passed, and high energy.
(During all Services)
Odysseyland is a place where even grownups are amazed by what they see as they step into the jungle. Odyssey land’s top-notch
facility and well-trained staff meets the children’s need and shows them that they are important. Every room is equipped with age-appropriate
materials. We don’t baby-sit children during services; we have real church for our youngest members to experience God on their level.
The Infants’ Room has cribs for sleeping and large crawling mats and mirrors to keep babies engaged.
The Toddlers’ Room theme is transportation because we know how these kids are always on the go. With a moving train that
moves around the track by the ceiling to a large truck to provide a place to climb these kids can’t get enough of trucks. The room also
features tropical fish aquarium.
2 & 3 Year Olds’ Room (Farm Room)is the Farm room, with tractor included. Where else can the kids ride climb a hayloft and
slide into the ball pit. The farm room features a barn, chicken coop, hayloft and ball pit.
The Preschoolers Room (Ark Room)is one large mural of the ocean filled with playful sea creatures and frolicking waves, plus
the other side of the fish aquarium. Part of Noah’s Ark is built into the wall, complete with puppet stage and tiered seating. A large boat
has also come adrift with books and LEGO’s. Finally, to add even more excitement, check out the large ball pit.
The Journey is a twice-a-year spiritual power surge. It is a nine week series that includes a weekend retreat of intense worship and
discipleship for kids who are serous about their relationship with Jesus Christ. It is the goal of this church and its leadership that every
believer encounters God on a level that challenges them to action. For every person in our church, the weekend Encounter Retreat
challenges Christians to equip themselves to become leaders for God and impact the world around them.
Kids Camp is a week long summer camp for kids 3rd-6th grade. It’s filled with fun, games worship, spiritual encounters, swimming food,
friend, and so much more. It’s a week that no kid should miss.
The kids missions trip once a year is another opportunity for kids in our church to reach out into the world to make a difference. This
ministry trip involves training kids for 2 months to do puppets, dramas, human videos, lead worship, and share the love of Jesus and then
they go out into other communities and even countries and do evangelism events and servant ministries. We rotate a home missions project
and a foreign missions project every year.
