God has given every believer in Christ the mandate to, "go and make desciples of all men". That may take place at the grocery store, in the workplace, at school, or along the rivers of the Amazon. To this end we partner through the investment of our very lives and financial resources.
Our Purpose
To communicate the cause and needs of missions, encourage the financial support and active participation in the advancement of the Kingdom of God locally and around the globe through a variety of methods and means.
Our Strategy
To maintain an active missions committee that meets at least quarterly to oversee and prayerfully manage the missions monies given by the congregation
To maintain contact and communication between our supported missionaries and mission works and the local congregation
To encourage participation in short-term missions outreach both at home and abroad
To encourage the release and support of those from our congregation who are called to the mission field
To organize an annual Missions Convention to help raise awareness of the cause of missions and encourage its financial support
To impact our local community through involvement in mercy ministry
To organize fund raising activities/events for special mission projects
